Novice Logbook Application
 

Novice Horse Logbooks no longer require a Veterinary Identification, although it is still optional. Horse identification diagrams and descriptions need to be carefully and accurately completed in the Logbook. To help our members complete the Logbook ID accurately we have created some guides with
acceptable examples, linked below.
 

Before applying for a Logbook for your horse please download and read the Logbook Procedures and review the examples supplied and the Veterinary Guide. Applications received which do not comply are unable to be processed and will lead to the application being delayed.
