APPLYING FOR A LOGBOOK

Please download and read the application guide before filling out the form. If you are applying for a novice (blue) logbook, you may complete the horse ID section yourself. If you are upgrading to an open (yellow) logbook, your vet must complete the ID section. If you have any questions, please contact Jackie Barlow, Registrar.
UPGRADING YOUR HORSE FROM NOVICE TO OPEN
Once your horse has sucessfully completed three open rides, it is eligible to be upgraded to open status and will be issued with a yellow logbook. Open horses must also pay registration (Annual or Lifetime) in order to be eligible to compete in open rides. You can not upgrade your horse until a minimum of 90 days has elapsed from the date of the horses first successfully completed endurance ride. Please refer to Rule 46.5 in our National Rulebook. Your horse will also need to be microchipped.
